Diarrhoea is a very common symptom in dogs, which often appears very suddenly and can have many causes. However, with the right diet food, diarrhoea can be quickly restored in most cases. Integra Protect Intestinal was specially developed for dogs with acute diarrhoea. Easily digestible ingredients protect the gastrointestinal tract. The increased electrolyte content compensates for losses caused by vomiting and diarrhoea. At the same time, the diet food is suitable for dogs who suffer from Struvite and calcium oxalate stones, because it contains a balanced content of minerals, as well as a demand-oriented supply of magnesium and phosphorus. This ensures an ideal pH value of the urine, where no Struvite or calcium oxalate stones can form.

If the cause of diarrhoea is clarified, treatment should be started. In case of mild disorders, the dog should not get food for 24 – 48 hours. Liquids should be offered in small quantities. A subsequent dietary treatment is used to solid food and regeneration of intestinal flora. This means that the food should only be offered in smaller quantities at regular intervals.
Integra Protect Intestinal is particularly suitable for dietary nutrition, as it contains easily digestible, animal proteins and well-tolerated carbohydrates.
